Gov. Carney shines the light on ELs' needs by unveiling the DE English Learner Strategic Plan

Yesterday some of us, among many others, were able to attend the DE EL Strategic Plan at North Georgetown Elementary. Many of the school's students were in attendance. Seeing their eager and smiling faces reminded me the reason I'm in this 'business'. Please read more at your leisure.
